Where is the concert venue?
One Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043
Where do I park?
All events at Shoreline Amphitheatre feature convenient on premise parking. There are multiple lots off of Shoreline Blvd. and signage, directing guests into the lots.
How much is parking?
A nominal parking fee of $6.00 per ticket is included in your ticket.
What items am I prohibited from bringing onsite?
For your safety the following items are NOT allowed for this event:
~NO Professional Cameras **This includes Sm, Med or Lrg Detachable Lenses**
~NO Camping Chairs in Carrying Bags (click here to see example)
~NO Video or Audio Recording Devices
~NO Laser Pointers
~NO Sharp or Dangerous Items (weapons, knives, spiked items, chains, fireworks & mace)
***If these items are in your possession when attempting to enter the gate, you will be asked to check in the prohibited item at Guest Services. You will be able to retrieve your items upon leaving the venue after the completion of the show.*
Will there be vegetarian/vegan food offered? Yes.
Are concession stands cash only?
Credit cards are accepted too.
Will there be disabled person parking / bathrooms?
Shoreline Amphitheatre has wheelchair accessible seating that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. If you need an interpreter for the hearing impaired, please call the box office in advance at 650.967.4040 so that we can make arrangements for you. Shoreline has seats available to our guests with disabilities at all price levels. '
Are there payphones and ATMs inside the venue? YES.
How early can I get to the venue?
The parking lot will open approximately 3 hours before the scheduled show time.
Is tailgating allowed in the venue parking areas?
No, due to a City of Mountain Ordinance that is enforced.
How early can I get to the lawn for seating?
Gates will open at 2pm, show starts at 2:30pm.
Can I bring folding chairs if I have lawn tickets? Beach chairs (NOT CAMPING CHAIRS) are allowed. Additionally, you may rent a chair for $5 at the venue.
